As a concierge service we provide an “individualized” service therefore, we DO NOT accept insurance.

Our suggestion is,  if you are trying to decide whether this service is for you is to set up an evaluation to see if you will benefit from our services.  At the time of evaluation we can provide you with an estimated treatment frequency, what our treatment goals and expected outcomes would be for you and if you are not appropriate for our services we will refer you in the right direction

We can also provide a detailed receipt for services rendered if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier independently.
We DO NOT however, guarantee all insurance companies will reimburse at an equal rate or at all.

Please note house call appointments are subject to travel fees and must include parking fees if applicable to your home.
