Forms of paYMENT accepted

As a concierge service we provide an “individualized” service therefore, we DO NOT accept insurance.  We do accept HSA credit cards and can provide receipts if needed.
 
We accept Cash, All Pay Apps (Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, Apple Pay) and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).  Credit cards are subject to a $3.50 charge for processing fees.
  
Payment will be due at time of treatment.
 

Our suggestion is, if you are trying to decide whether this service is for you is to set up an evaluation to see if you will benefit from our services.  At the time of evaluation we can provide you with an estimated treatment frequency, what our treatment plan and expected outcomes would be for you and if you are not appropriate for our services we will refer you in the right direction.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we provide a one-on-one service we need ample time to replace your appointment.  If you cancel LESS THAN 24 hours before your appointment time you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment session.
